    Just bought the books
…and there’s a reference to the podcast and I guess I’m late to the party. Bummer

    Great
I'm sad that this podcast is no longer being produced. Since podcasts can be made by just about anyone, there is a lot of dreck out there - this is definitely not one of them. It's a shame this did not get a wider audience - it's a gem. I discovered it late, so I have many to listen to, but still sad. Sound quality is absolutely fine, guy who gave this one star for that reason needs to get his hearing checked.

Just what I was looking for!
Michael Bungay Stanier has written a seminal book on coaching - The Coaching Habit. As a leadership coach, I love this book. A set of simple questions that provide a structure to help anyone in a leadership position to “flip on the light switch” in the OTHER person’s brain. I just found this podcast, which has HUNDREDS of his conversations over the past several years. This helps me see where his insights have come from. Michael is also a gifted, insightful and down to earth conversationalist. As he mentioned in the final episode, he’s pivoting to a new show called The Coaching Habit.

    Provocative and educational
Very well communicated and practical. Good lesson to focus on the core values to amplify and eulogy values vs resume ones. Excellent! Highly recommend.

    Refreshing Addition to Daily Commute!
I have an hour commute each way to work. This podcast series is a fair use of that time. I always learn something new.

    Awful sound quality
the sound quality of these podcasts is terrible. It is difficult to listen to for more than a few minutes.
