TETHERS

The Tethers podcast is a weekly podcast focused on unearthing the secrets held by a small Pacific Northwest town. Urban legends, disappearances, mysterious objects. How do they connect, and what, if anything, is behind them all? Twisting, turning, reaching out. Line after line, strand upon strand, tethers reaching out into the dark. Which line will lead to the next clue, the next piece of the puzzle? Which tether will finally lead to the truth?

    I’m a fan
I just read the review written by “Your parents are cousins” and I wanted to say that I agree with everything they said-plus- that it is so refreshing to see a review written by someone who took the time to write such a solid, honest review ..which is hard to come by. 💪🏻💪🏻

    Binge Worthy!
I was holding off on the second season so I could binge it all, but I couldn’t wait anymore! It is so interesting and well researched. Love the premise and story telling. Well done!

    Incredible! Mesmerizing! Brilliant!
Tethers is an excellent podcast! Chase Ellerman’s writing style and delivery draw you in and keep you hooked until the last episode. There were times I found myself literally holding my breath and leaning in waiting for the next word. Flawlessly edited with a subtle soundtrack that adds to the mystery and anticipation. Is it real? Is it fiction or is it a blend of both. It doesn’t matter it’s that good. 11:59 Media, in addition to Tethers has a whole catalogue of top notch podcasts. Give them a listen, you won’t be disappointed.

    Reminds me of Tanis
It’s a long story format. It reminds me a lot of Tanis, Rabbits and the Black Tapes. It mixes the investigation into a disappearance with the paranormal. Not sure where it’s going yet, but it’s been fun so far.

Totally original, creative and seems plausible!
I was hooked on the first episode and am admittedly behind, but I will soon just binge listen!

    Amazing podcast!
I love the podcast! I’m already obsessed with all of the missing people in our national parks and true crime & all things dark & mysterious as well as spirituality topics, so this is an incredible medley of all things that I am fascinated by. I’m also freaked out for the safety and well-being of the creator & his collaborators! It is scary if these things are true and I pray for their safety.

    Immersive, Paranormal, Mystery, Modern
In a world where podcasts have become ubiquitous, it can be tough to stand out among the crowd. However, "Tethers" is a shining example of what can be achieved when an individual takes the time to create something truly special. The writing of this podcast is impeccable, and no other podcast can immerse the listener with such detail. From the first episode, it was clear that the creator of this podcast had put a great deal of thought and care into crafting a world that the listener can become fully invested in. Each episode is filled with carefully chosen words that paint vivid pictures in the mind's eye. The cliffhangers at the end of each episode beckon the listener for more, leaving them on the edge of their seat, desperate to know what happens next. In short, "Tethers" is a must-listen for anyone who appreciates excellent storytelling and wants to be fully immersed in a rich and detailed world of paranormal and mystery.

What would you do if your son was @ home? Cryin all alone on the bedroom floor… cuz he’s hungry, and the only way to feed him is to: Sleep w a man for a little bit of money. Great job on Tethers!! My ear balls are filled to the brim with wonderful-ness. I even had to do a double listen. Hugs. ❤️

    Absolutely great!
This has to be one of the most podcasts that kept me on edge. The story telling is fabulous. 100% recommend it.

    Captivating.
A surreal dive into the unknown. Haunting and gripping. An intricate web of the paranormal and human thinking. Better than any Black Mirror episode. Truly a work of perfection.

    CAPTIVATING
Tethers podcast has held my attention from its first episode. It’s riddled with intrigue and facts surrounding the mystery in a small northwestern town. Though the narrator (Luke Davis) has a calming voice, he’s still able to keep you engaged with all the details he shares. You’re left anxiously waiting for the next weekly episode. Keep them coming!

    Encaptures the mind.
Listened originally in a spaced out fashion, as released. Just finished listening in binge mode. Wonderfully drawn in to the flow, and now waiting in anticipation.

    Addictive
There is never an episode that leaves you satiated. You always want to hear the next one. It’s like an old book that only you have discovered and you can’t put it down. You re-read it and the ending seems to change. Such a great find in my podcast library!

My first venture into listening to a podcast well worth it.
I had no idea that a podcast could be done in such an entertaining, well-written format. So many times I catch myself wondering what is real and what is fictional just like the people described in the podcast. I’m on episode 5 and as a writer I can usually anticipate what comes next. I have no clue what’s to come. I can’t wait to find out and yet I’m scared. That’s how good this is.

    It’s worth the investment
I started listening to Tethers while going through my Patreon. Tethers is just one of the many podcasts sponsored by 11:59 media. Tethers is a well written podcast that explores the unknown. The narration great, as is the production. I’ve listened to the first and the last podcast on Patreon, commercial free. It kind of reminds me of Rabbit Hole or another show they have. I couldn’t stand the wait between seasons. If you like mystery and and falling through rabbit holes you will definitely love this podcast! Go ahead and give it a listen!

    Great Suspense Podcast!
Really enjoying the show so far! I’m picky about fiction podcasts but this one is really good. Great narration and writing and the facts sprinkled throughout bring a great touch of realism. If you like Archive 81 or Video Palace you’ll probably enjoy this show.
