    Authentic and truly helpful
Been meaning to review as I’ve been listening for years and find Mikki so helpful. This podcast has connected me to many resources and information that I might not have found. The best thing is the lifting of the shame I have felt since divorce when still a new mom. I’m raising my now almost ten year told with little help from the other parent which has been a challenge to navigate. Mikki’s tips on coparenting have helped me change my perspective and see that the idea of “family” can be and look much different than the one concept we were taught to see. All a work in progress! Appreciate you Mikki, keep up the good work! And thank for not selling a million products like other podcasts lol.

The best resource for anyone struggling with co-parenting
Mikki has been an absolute light in the darkness during this confusing and heartbreaking process in my life. Because of her podcast I have started making positive changes in my life as a coparent. Her episodes are direct and give you ACTUAL tools to ignite change and her messages hit home. She not only tells us that we are CAPABLE of taking action but HOW to start that process. None of the fluff, all the tough topics are addressed head on. I’m very grateful she shares this podcast with me and so many others who find themselves in this messy place.

    New Coparent, So helpful!
I am so grateful I found this podcast. I am a new Coparent. I’ve been broking up with my ex now for almost 5 years, but we went no contact most of that time. We are now both married with new spouses and agreed to try to build a healthier, positive relationship for our daughter and to have less stress. This podcast has truly helped me so far to do coparenting the best way, and has helped me with positive self development as well. I cannot thank you enough. I think the content is also easy to understand and to relate too.

    Perfect
I just finished listening to episode 3 and have to say that it hit the nail on the head. Again. (Same experience with previous episodes). I don’t know how she does it, but Mikki’s talks and podcasts always come at the right time for me. Her soothing voice, little jokes, personal anecdotes, practical tips have helped me understand myself so much better and I have learned to accept myself and all the crazy thoughts and feelings that make me me. Even now that I feel sad and down as my kids are at their dad’s and—in my crazy imagination—play “big happy family” with their dad and his wife, I do not feel broken. The sadness is there, regardless of how many friends I will see or books I will read or of how much work i will do that I love doing. Mikki has taught me that it is ok to feel this way. She breaks down a scientific concept (outside circumstance > thought > emotion > (non)action, for example) into super relatable everyday life stories that just. make. sense. And: she doesn’t leave you hanging, there is practical advice too. Simple, doable stuff that works. So thankful for this podcast!

Real-world coparenting advice! Worth a listen!!
Mikki is passionate and knowledgable about co-parenting. Being a divorced father myself I’m happy to hear from Mikki on this subject that not a lot of people are talking about. I love that she’s trained in positive psychology… and I love knowing that I’m learning from someone who has walked this journey herself. Thanks Mikki 😊🙏
