    I enjoy the camaraderie between the hosts. I have Carolyn’s Meals That Heal cookbooks. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they use the word “like” too much.

    So thankful I found this podcast! After being diagnosed with two inflammatory diseases I knew I needed to make some changes to how I nourish my body. I first found the book “meals that heal” and after reading it over and over again knew I needed more! That is when I found the podcast! It has helped as I have made changes to my diet to better understand the why and feel empowered and motivated to keep going! Thank you ladies!!!!

    As a RD and RN myself, Brierley and Carolyn do an amazing job of wading through ALL the research and ALL the things to bring people valuable, evidence-based research on how to achieve optimal mental health through doing basic, everyday things. I love their “mom-truth moments” and their honest, professional opinions on each topic. These two are fun and genuine, highly recommend!

    I love how this is a convo between friends explaining heavy topics of science and nutrition in a relatable and light manner. I learn so much from each episode about how to eat healthier. I especially love how they break down what they actually do in their own lives vs best practices. They keep it real.
