I am enjoying the mere Christian podcast. I really like the people you have brought on the show. The level of their knowledge is so rich & amazing.

This podcast has transformed how I think about my work here on Earth and what work will be like in the new age. The aspect of our faith in work is sadly overlooked even though it is where most of us spend 80% of our waking hours. Jordan and his guests do an amazing job unlocking this aspect and have inspired me to think about my faith in work more biblically.

I’ve listened to this podcast more than any other. It’s that good!

This show is a must listen for any junior in high school through young adult. What a gift to be able to hear the wisdom from these Mere Christians when you are trying to navigate becoming or being an adult. Always inspiring and always encouraging.

This podcast is truly inspiring as a “mere Christian.” It’s really enjoyable to hear the perspectives of others doing “normal” jobs to the glory of God, and how Eph 2:10 is brought to life. I strongly encourage everyone to add this to their list to gain insight into finding your purpose where you are!!

When they are all so good in their own way! But if forced to I would recommend the first episode to seriously wow me was Horst Schulze, just bathed in wisdom and class, and I was consistently wowed after that early episode.

As a frequent listener and one time caller, I derive immense life and leadership guidance from this podcast. Just listened to the Joni Eareckson Tada interview while walking my dogs at 9pm in 90 degrees in Arizona and got chills hearing her talk about delighting with the 10th leper in heaven at their healing. As one who has prayed for my own healing and healing for others, this picture of gratitude and delight filled my heart. Thank you Jordan for bringing these stories to the world.

Just listened to your interview with Brittany Whitehack, the candlemaker. Her wisdom and enthusiasm are contagious! From day one this podcast has been incredibly encouraging and at times convicting. THANK YOU!

My review of this podcast is long overdue. I have listened to all the episodes and have been greatly blessed. In fact, it kind of changed my life by being one of the boosts that God used to move me toward His work for me. Thank you, Jordan, for all the timely, bold, and stimulating conversations you hosted. In these interviews there have been some amazing God centered and God honoring people with a clear goal to glorify God in their personal lives as well as in their work. I have been encouraged and challenged in both of these areas. ( In some of the earlier interviews, but not as much now… there are some people that have been interviewed that never even mention having a quiet time or spending time in God’s word. And I believe it is evidenced by some of the work that is being produced in some of these peoples lives.) But, I find on a regular basis, even more so now that I am blessed and encouraged by the people that Jordan interviews and challenged to ask myself if I am living and working in my every day life to the glory of God! Such as being a mother, running a home, teaching my children in a home school setting and serving as a missionary.

The episode with Terry Glaspey is a true balm to the soul and speaks directly to my creative heart. I’ve long believed that the arts and creativity are expressions of God’s love and beauty, and with Mere Christians, Jordan has shown me I’m not alone in that. Thank you, Jordan, for your work.

I’ve been listening for a while but just listened to the Stefanie Gass episode this morning and it was absolutely fire. I could listen to it everyday! A few notable quotes. “When we’re so busy we miss the clues God is trying to leave.” “Nothing is more fleeting than the moment of conviction.” “Drowning in the kingdom of noise.” I loved the real, tactical tips in bringing God into your life & work more. Even more, I love the story she shared because it is so relatable to so many of us.

I’ve listened to just a few episodes. The latest with Paul TenHaken is excellent. High quality production. Excellent, clear audio & great content. Mere Christians is a winner - added to my list.

Just discovered this podcast tonight and have listened to 3-in-a-row. This is exactly the kind of content that the Western church (myself included) needs today.

Every episode there seems to be a few different nuggets of wisdom about scripture and stories of work applications and lessons that I can put to use. Jordan and his guests are great teachers.

Jordan Raynor has such a great energy, and whenever I listen to him I feel like I’m sitting with an enthusiastic, trustworthy and mature friend. He brings mind-stimulating conversation, thoughtfulness and Godly intelligence. Every episode is relevant in one way or another. The guests, topics and conversations always point to the Lord, and help me to learn how to do that as a “mere Christian”, here on earth. I feel like I get fed whenever I listen to this podcast. I’m picky when it comes to routine podcasts and I listen to this regularly! Highly recommend! 👌🏼

I have enjoyed the emails I receive from this presenter. The podcast just made it even more relative. This is a subject is one that seems to very important in my life.

Jordan helps Kingdom-driven individuals bring their devotion to God into the marketplace, wherever that may be. Operating from a Kingdom mindset in a secular world is taxing and we can't do it on our own. His guests provide Biblical truth and inspiring real life scenarios of what happens when we partner with God in the workplace.

“Mere Christians” helps inspire me to be a missionary every day in my work. Jordan interviews some of the most interesting people pursuing Christian missionary work from their everyday workplace. This podcast helps show me how I can be the “hands and feet” for Christ in the everyday interactions I have with others and decisions I make in my work.
