If you are offended by profanity and hate laughing, this isn’t the podcast for you! This is my favorite Love Island podcast by far! Listening to it feels like chatting about the show with friends over a pint. Chris and Dave call it as they see it and welcome listeners to share their thoughts. I especially appreciate that they are not afraid to admit when they are wrong- it actually seems like they are the most amused by listener emails that call them out. Great podcast, lots of fun to listen to. I can’t wait to hear what the Reality Radar detects next season!

What a show! Chris and Dave offer a healthy amount of perspective on the often polarizing and problematic real-world issues that arise from reality TV, and they deliver their opinions in a way that is respectful (albeit cheeky), refreshing, and always entertaining. The sheer amount of content these two produce is insane, and it consistently seems to fill my somewhat insatiable podcast appetite. Others have said it so I’ll just reiterate the point that this consistently the BEST Love Island podcast for those who don’t want to sycophantic rundown that is the Morning After shoved down your throats. Also, the fan base here—WOW! If you haven’t listened to the user submitted parody songs and now Dave’s rap, then you are in for a real treat. Chris and Dave—thanks for being the hot pod dads this American listener never knew she needed. All my love, keep up the good work! xx

The unfiltered commentary about relationships is both hilarious and perceptive, whether it be fake relationships playing out on reality shows or the real life experiences of these two blokes. I was looking for a podcast covering Temptation Island and found this podcast, and now I’m obsessed! The hosts are hilarious, and I look forward to their podcast more than the show sometimes! Excellent, witty commentary! I’m constantly laughing out loud.

I love to watch the same crazy shows ... you both are so good at getting right into the episodes, and keep the energy and flow going. Your wit in seeing the actions and characters is natural and so entertaining. Keep making podcasts - you guys are great! Ps. Other podcasts go off on tangents, talk about so many things not related to the shows, laugh at their own jokes that aren’t funny, use swear words excessively, speak at the pace of snails ... Not you guys!! You’re the opposite!!

My husband and I “discovered” UK Love Island soon after we went into Covid lockdown in the Spring. We’ve now watched seasons 2-5. For those counting, yes, we’ve watched 201 hours of Love Island (plus the US Love Island this summer). My hatred of Amber and Anna early in season 5 made me go looking for a recap podcast because I desperately wanted to hear others complain about them too (my husband was getting sick of my ranting). I found Chris and Dave, and they are PERFECTION. I’m now listening to their Bachelorette podcast as well. Y’all are hilarious, and I love your takes on cheesy reality dating shows. I have to admit, when I was searching for a recap podcast to pair with the latest Love Island USA season 2, and I found two middle-aged dudes, I was incredulous to say the least... but now, a whole season later, I’m completely hooked and can’t wait to listen to whatever they cover next! They keep it light, fun, and real. Their friendship and laughter is contagious, and the accents certainly don’t hurt. Thanks for being a perfect escape to otherwise monotonous work days! I’m going back to Love Island UK season 5 to hold me over until you start the Bachelorette!

This podcast is a lot of fun with very funny commentary and witty chat. Last year Love Island US was kind of boring but this year has been fantastic. I was dead when they suggested Conner had made a wish to be Big. Keep it up 👍🏻

So happy to have found a love island recap podcast! I like the light hearted banter and also the enthusiasm these two put into the show. They love trash tv as much as we do 💜 short and sweet recaps. The McKenzie hate is getting a little old, yeah she’s annoying but she’s definitely the “show’s villain” lol. After watching both the UK and the US Love Island I finally got around to watching Love Island Australia during quarantine or as the Aussie say, “iso”. Nevertheless, that led me to you guys! I’m really enjoying the podcast and I’m loving your commentary especially because none of my friends (whom I’ve forced to watch) are watching these episodes fast enough! I look forward to watching a new season with you guys, whenever that may be :)

I love these guys. I’ve only been listening a few weeks but truly laugh out loud several times per episode. They aren’t affiliated with the show or cast so they are brutally honest and hilariously so. Hi from Kentucky, which is not remotely close to Vegas!

It's short, funny and to the point. I know this show is a guilty pleasure. (It is for me) but these guys offer real talk about what's going on in the villa. Their insight and comedy make the show so much more interesting to watch and are probably the only reason I am hanging on this season. Give it a listen. You won't be disappointed.

I love this podcast! Both host are funny and honest. I just started watching Love Island USA and after listening to this podcast I really want to watch the U.K. version now. Every episode makes me laugh it’s a must listen if your a Love Island fan.

Needless vitriol thrown mostly at the female contestants of Love Island. Understand not liking actions of certain people, but the personal, nasty attacks became unbearable.

I recently discovered this podcast duo, and its now part of my regular must listen podcast feed. Loving the comparions between the UK and US ahows, and to some extent cultures. These two are witty, clever and provide their honest opinions which are so relatable. Well worth a listen and a subscription!
