NRCTechQuit listening for awhile due to road noise and format…..BUT…I enjoy the indoor format. I came back to listen to a few podcasts to see what has changed. Seems podcast is moving around in scope and topics in the recent past and upcoming future. I started listening for the specifics of prepping for various situations. Don’t know if this is a prepper’s podcast anymore. Always something to learn and I hope topics remain squarely on residential preparedness.

DMessenger615Great podcast!I have been enjoying listening to this podcast. The topics are on point. I love that he’s not afraid to share his faith. He always lets you know where the information he is sharing is found and give practical advice on ways to prep without going over the top. There is a lot of other podcasts that seem to be focused on causing people to panic prep but he is calm and informative. This podcast has helped me in learning to start my prepping and in my walk with the Lord. I enjoy the devotional so please continue to do those. And also, the podcasts that were done in your truck were just fine. It didn’t bother me at all. I absolutely recommend everyone listen to this podcast and follow/subscribe to it!

K8 worldAppreciate all of itTodd I’ve been listening since March of 2020 and I just want you to know I am praying for you. 🙏 I pray for your safety and wellness and that God continues to give you stamina and continues to use you to glorify his kingdom! I have always appreciated your honesty on this podcast!

roo8409Love this podcastI really appreciate this podcast. A wholly Christian perspective on preparedness! I like the casual delivery from a believer with a regular life. I find it very helpful. Thanks!

The Real Tampa TurtleNeeds to speak OR drive not do bothHad good content and delivery BUT obviously speaking and driving and his mind is not 100% on what he is saying…becomes redundant and too many ‘ums’. I am sure a time saver for him but a time waster for the listeners. Very few professionals can both drive and deliver a concise delivery.

Next Step SurvivalMy Favorite Preparedness Podcast - Hand's Down!I've been listening to the Ready Your Future Podcast for years (Previously called The Prepper Website Podcast), and it has become, hand's down, my favorite podcast. I never miss an episode. Todd is the most honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy prepper I've heard, and I've been part of this community for a long time. You will always get truth over hype and common sense over scare tactics. I recommend Ready Your Future for anyone that wants to learn about preparedness. I also recommend Todd's exclusive membership. It's a game-changer.

Rick_CooperI used to enjoy it but…I’m not a practicing Christian but it’s not the Christian slant that annoys me about this podcast. What has finally caused me to pay less and less attention to this podcast is a bit too much negativity in general and in particular the latest episode three years after COVID. Instead of repeating unproven or alternate theories about the origins of COVID, just talk about prepping. Best practices, good tips, etc. Leave the other stuff to Fox entertainment.
-
GrumpyPrepperGreat podcastBeen listening for years, always very solid, practical information that adds value. No stockpiling grenade launchers or digging bunkers, just down-to-earth prepping knowledge that anyone, beginner or otherwise, will benefit from.

OB Baby GirlLove your approach!Where are you during this Ukraine crisis?? Hi again, March 19,2022:) Just wanted to comment about a question about red vs right States & who preps. I am an independent. Used to be Republican but will vote for the person above all else. I was a farmer for like 30 + years. Our “prepping” was wise storage and use of resources. So today I guess I can wear that label of prepper, not a hoarder. Funny prepping is confused with hoarding. Gradually increasing resources, including food, is being responsible. Things happen and not just zombies. Loss of job, accident, war, tornadoes, etc. Thank you if you take my comment. ~~~Debbie

N8sfxdxLove it all!I wish there was more podcasts like this one; clean, informative, and encouraging. Keep up the good work, Todd. I even love the little prepvotionals. My only complaint is I need more. Twice a week is not enough. Since I know you read these… Any suggestions on others you listen to?

CrflashyfoxNew Favorite! This podcast has quickly become one of my favorites! I am a single mom of three that loves hiking and is new to prepping. Todd has a great conversational way of explaining that holds my short attention span! There is a wealth of information for newbies and old timers. Frequent guests bring their own ways of preparing to round out the show. Thank you for helping me prepare without feeling overwhelmed! Every time I listen I feel like I’m visiting with friends!

Midwest FrankSimple to UnderstandI wanted to leave a review because I get a lot of value out of your show. I work as a mental health therapist in Chicago, IL. A few years ago, before the virus and civil uprising, I disregarded the preparedness community. Now, after all the crazy storms and changes in our world, I think that it’s crazy NOT to have some sort of plan for a disaster event. Thanks so much for doing this show.

pdarrylrBalancedEnjoy Todd’s balanced approach to prepper issues. Getting addicted to Todd. Love your love for God and practical tips. Keep being the watchman the world needs.
-
watcher7tA valuable showI have been meaning to put a review for your show, and I'm finally getting to it after listening for a year. Your show is very practical and detailed without being scary. I have learned so much as a beginner in preparedness.I also appreciate the spiritual prep too. Most of all, Todd, I wanted you to know that you've kept me sane this year with all the chaos. Thank you for what you do. Keep up the good work.

jcrow74Listen daily, very enjoyableThe most comprehensive podcast for any level of prepper. Host (Todd) is not a doom-and-gloom prepper and rarely states political views (which he and I differ). He gives quality info and a huge library to browse.
-

3rdexitGood in advice good in spiritHi Todd I writing to say I enjoy your show the good advice and information. I’m behind on shows but this stood out the beginning of the show you put your heart in this and ur allowed to have bad days it’s human ur allowed not to do things when you feel this way. When step back you do get a good look at life bad days allow this and most of the time you come out better for it. You have faith in God and he doesn’t always take you on a easy path aka life struggles but he doesn’t stray from us. Keep up the great work and God still loves us on bad days. Thanks. Walter

Think outta the boxI just keep listeningI kjj no ow some things are not applicable to me just off my “experience” level with prepping. However I have gained a wealth of knowledge and I thank you for that!! I appreciate the spiritual encouragement as well. I think it helps offer a different perspective. I do believe it allows you to have a more diverse following. Thank you and continue to do what God has called you to do!!

new2preppingNew to preparednessHey Todd, I started my journey into preparedness about eight months ago. I really wasn’t aware of the need for it until this whole pandemic hit, affecting our daily lives. I found your podcast and started listening to it. I love your practical view of preparedness, the focus on community unity, and the Faith that you talk about each week. Keep up the good work and God bless! Patrick

westseattle12Valuable PreppingOne the best prepping podcasts available. Todd provides insightful preparedness that our family has adopted without question. We also appreciate the spirituality that Todd provides because that is how we grow (without God and faith we are lacking despite wealth , food , friends , shelter and health).

Chickens and ChalkboardsCalm, clear, and practicalThis is the only prepper podcast I can tolerate. It provides good information without being fear based and I don’t worry about my little kids walking in and overhearing what I’m listening to. While I know some people complain over the occasional faith based tidbits, I don’t find them pushy or offensive. While I’m not sure yet if I agree with all of his faith statements, it is his worldview that allows him to share sometimes stressful information in a hopeful and non-fear based perspective. There is a consistent underlying message of helping others, being prepared, and staying calm and reasonable, and I’m yet to find another podcast with these same beliefs. I will admit I’m easily stressed and struggle to follow current events and tune out the doom and gloom, however I look forward to listening to this podcast every week to be informed.

owjfbssLove it!Love the podcast! Always have good topics and good advice. Straight to the point yet entertaining. I don’t have time to read articles but here I can listen to them on the go. And the interviews are a plus! Keep it up
-
yzelnfeimdeThe benchmark for all preparedness podcastsI love this podcast. Practical advice is presented without gloom and doom or politics. This is the same kind of advice you’d get from your depression era or WW2 surviving grandparents. A lot of this used to be common knowledge but has been lost over the generations as we have become accustomed to our “click it and ship it”, on demand society. Some have complained about the format of reading articles, but I like that it gives the podcast structure compared to others that may wander or re-hash the same topics.
-
k8tepValue in every episodeWorking my way backwards through your library and finding a nugget in every episode that I can use. *Thoroughly* enjoyed the most recent podcast with Jimmy Meeks. His passion for protection was very evident. Keep them coming, Todd. I’ll keep listening. Kate P
