The one podcast I look forward to
Beautiful and intelligent women talking to other beautiful and intelligent women? Sign me up a million times. Just beware that you may spend way too much money in products that you don’t even know you need but are worth it.

    Awesome!
I’m so glad I found this podcast. So refreshing and amazing to listen to women of color navigate this world and talk about beauty/health/wellness.

    Where have I been?
I can’t believe I’m just now finding this gem of a podcast. Love the coverage of topics particularly fond of rose, thorn and bud!!

    So refreshing!
I want to be friends with Priyanka and Camilla—it’s so great to hear about beauty industry/wellness things from women of color who have had similar experiences to me, and hear them rail against the patriarchy. They also have inspired me to do rose bud thorn in my own life!

    LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE
I’m enthusiastically giving Foxy Browns a five star review. I love hearing Pri and Cam’s perspective on all things in the world, especially as a woman of color. I’m lucky enough to be at a job where I can listen to podcasts while I work and I find myself having to resist just binge-listening to all Foxy Brown episodes because I know I’ll be terribly distressed when I run out of episodes to listen to! I love that they have a newsletter as well with a lowdown of all things mentioned by themselves and their guests. They help me dissociate from the dreads and bores of my day and remind me about the beauty and joys of life!

    LOVE
I absolutely love this podcast! The guests and interviews are fantastic and I adore listening to Priyanka & Camilla. The product reviews and recommendations are so useful too.

    Favorite new Podcast
It great to hear women of color chatting about beauty and wellness, there are a lot of insights given that are hard to come by in white washed media. I often feel like an island as a woman of color in my eviroments but it feels great to find info and community in things such as podcasts etc. I hope they keep it going!

    New Favorite Thing (2019)
I love this podcast!! I found it 2 weeks ago and have listened to every episode at least twice. I love the conversation between the host and their guest. I learn something new with each episode. As a black woman I love that the host are women of color who have an immigrant background story. The ladies are intelligent yet easy going. I often let it play in the background while I’m falling asleep. The podcast is overall fun and easy going. This is exactly the kind of podcast I was longing for. It’s now part of my de-stressing routine. Great job ladies!!

    j’adore
i am not a woman of color but i adore this podcast so much. camilla and priyanka are both goals and inspiration. it’s so great to hear them talk to other woc and learn about issues i wouldn’t otherwise hear. plus it’s like getting product recommendations from your chicest friend. ex.: i bought (and love) the silk pillowcases camilla recommended on amazon which i never would’ve trusted otherwise

    Such a necessary podcast
A podcast about black and brown women talking with other black and brown women about our own skin care and health issues/needs is something I never knew I needed. Such great content, relatable convos and actually useful and useable tips that I can incorporate into my personal life! Bravo ladies. Keep going!

Love from a Basic White Girl
I LOVE Cam and Pri and this podcast. I am as white as white gets, but I find this podcast super helpful when it comes to tackling oily skin and thick hair. Even if the tips and tricks did not apply to me, I would still listen because Cam and Pri are HILARIOUS. All too often I find myself laughing out loud in my cubical at work. As not a woman of color, I find Foxy Browns beneficial because I gain more of a perspective into the day-to-day life of a woman of color. Keep it up ladies, and stay transparent!

BUT WHEN IS AMINA COMING ON
Love you both so much. Teasing me talking about Amina’s apartment and beauty products! When is she going to be a guest? Ok ok this pod is amazing, brilliant hosts and guests, strong point of view, must listen.

    Found thanks to tweet
New listener and loving it so far. It does come across like Priyanka constantly cuts Camilla off mid-sentence which is slightly irritating, but otherwise a really fun podcast.

They even make poop sound glamorous!
I have been hooked on the Foxy Browns podcast since it started. Camilla & Priyanka are fantastic hosts who consistently discuss relevant, engaging & interesting topics while remaining fun and hilarious in their discussions. They have on incredibly talented women of color and always ask them thoughtful questions, allowing for interviews full of honesty and depth. I always leave the podcast episode with inspiration and a handful of beauty recommendations- including yes, the importance of gut health and the gut health test kit that Camilla sold me on with such elegance and sophistication in her description of the process of sending in poop samples to learn more about your gut. Centering women of color in discussions of beauty, access, and the process behind reaching your goals and achieving success is so essential and the Foxy Browns podcast does it perfectly.

    Finally!
I love Forever35, but find myself looking for a more genuine connection, someone who understands what’s its like to be a WOC and issues like hyper pigmentation. Pri & Cam have won me over. I love their guests and their unique perspectives.

    Needed this
Delightful hearing brown-skinned women talk beauty and care. Never heard such a good break down of curly hair care and journey in podcast form as in Rekha’s epi. Product recs I haven’t heard anywhere else, so get it get it get ittttttt.

    A DEMAND
I demand a few things from this podcast - Camilla's pictures from her goth phase - More of #camsscams - a step-by-step guide to low-key befriend them. (do either of you need an assistant/nanny/youthful blood donor to preserve your youth?) get at me.
  • LiveLife4
Smart, funny and so right now!
Love the hosts, who are friends IRL. Fantastic guests and topics ranging from beauty to work, weddings to all things lifestyle. As a woman of color in Los Angeles, this podcast was made for me💜

    Sheer Narcissism
Narcissistic and self congratulatory, politically-correct drivel in valley speak.
  • A Listener listening
I want to see that goth pic :-)
Love the banter and talk ! 😉 hopefully we’ll get closer to 500 five stars ✨ ! Love the pod!

    New Must-Listen
Love this podcast centering WOC in the self-care conversation. Camilla and Priyanka are excellent hosts. In addition to their own intelligent, warm, and funny presences, they do a great job drawing guests into the conversation. I love listening to every episode, and can’t wait for the next one. I highly recommend giving this one a listen.

    So good!

    Wit & Insight
Finally a podcast about beauty I can get on board with. Love that their guests are women of color from all walks of life. These ladies are funny, sharp, and insightful. I love that their conversations embody all the things wicked go through when it comes to beauty, which can range from political to how difficult it can be to find the right shade of foundation.

    Not the real Foxy Brown
Thought this was the rapper Foxy brown’s podcast. Not random white women. I guess they’re trying to use Foxy’s name/brand for listens ... pass

    Smart Brown Multifaceted Women
Whol love makeup and pampering but go beyond them. Some of the makeup podcasts I follow are so shallow, but these ladies have depth and insight. And La Mer.

Like hanging out with your smartest friends
Who knew casual conversation about beauty tips could be appointment listening? Equal parts funny and smart, with bonus points for tips on how to get the best stuff for cheap (or free)! I have now used a cloth baby diaper to wash my face and I will literally never be the same.
  • AndreT3000
    Endlessly fascinated
This podcast has little for me, as I am a man with no need for beauty tips. That said I AM ENDLESSLY FASCINATED and can listen in on a conversation that I could never be a part of. Love it. 5 stars. Great hosts. Great guests.
  • Boosie illuminate
    top beauty podcast + more
beyond on point. wry, culturally sharp, personal & political. extremely smart & engaging hosts open space in discussions of beauty standards and beauty products. the best kind of conversation .

    Love this
Such a brilliant and fun podcast. Love it. Everyone needs to listen.
  • aro253
Is it beauty banter or social deconstruction? It’s both!
I am neither brown nor a user of beauty products and yet I an enthusiastic listener. Any topic is interesting if the people who are discussing are passionate about the topic and these two women have my attention. Come for the tips, stay for the social analysis of beauty standards and the immigrant experience.
