BernaghEpstein always a treatIt’s always informative and entertaining to listen to Richard Epstein. His debating partner here is not of same caliber but he does a creditable job nonetheless.

GnatsperishGreat Debates Between Two Great MindsI really enjoy listening to Adam White and Richard Epstein debate the hot topics of today. They both are clearly experts in the legal field and I enjoy that they don't always agree, but are always respectful towards each other. This is an insightful podcast that I enjoy listening to whenever new episodes are released.

dgimUnreasonable prejudice !Tremendous hypocrisy by these 2 so-called legal experts... They describe the highly biased and unethical ‘witch hunt’ that is clearly being perpetrated by the extremely prejudiced and conflicted Mueller probe against the Trump presidency and deny that it is exactly that! They inexplicably and inexcusably give Hillary’s thousands of well defined and documented yet ignored felonies and give her a total pass “as that would be political”. Their antiTrump animus and judicial prejudice is totally inexcusable and puts them squarely in the swampy mess of protecting their ‘tenured’ status and reputations for personally protective selfishness...to hell sigh justice and the future of the presidency! This episode does not deserve a one star!
