    Useful wisdom for daily life
I have been listening to talks and practicing meditation of the Thai forest tradition for about a year now. Recordings of Ajahn Sumedho and Ajahn Amaro’s teachings are conversational and warm—but they are also deeply profound. The impact of this dhamma on my inner life has been so positive. I act and think with more ease and compassion today, which benefits not only myself but my family and co-workers as well. I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the teachings—I use them in my daily life and find ever deepening relief as I learn to more fully trust in Awareness. Many, many thanks 🙏

    Relief
I'm very familiar w Buddhist teachings but fell out of practice. I was in emotional turmoil, barely recognizing myself and I sought a Buddhist podcast to relax. Listening has helped me reframe. Incredibly helpful. This whole series is very good.

    A living master teacher
A long-time student of the Venerable Ajahn Chah, a realized master of the Theravada Thai Forest tradition, Ajahn Sumedho himself has been a revered teacher for many decades. His talks are powerful and inspiring in their simplicity and humor. I have listened to a 100+ of these dharma talks and never get tired of listening. Sumedho illuminates the Buddhist path in a straight-forward manner and makes the teachings easily accessible to novices or those who are looking to deepen their existing practice. Highly recommended.
